Do not use the infrared sauna if you have a pacemaker or defibrillator- there are magnets inside the sauna cabin that could interfere with their proper operation.

Do not use the sauna if you have a sensitivity to heat, as temperatures inside the sauna cabin can reach up to 140 degrees.

Sauna use is not recommended for those with chronic conditions or diseases associated with a reduced ability to sweat or perspire.

Individuals who are prone to bleeding should not use the sauna.

Consult your physician prior to using the sauna if you have a cardiovascular condition, if you are pregnant, if you have implants, or if you are taking medications.

If you have a fever, re-schedule your sauna session as you do not want to cause your temperature to go even higher.
